Sundy Village has over 270 parking spaces at the gateway to Atlantic Avenue so you can park before hitting the traffic of downtown and enjoy everything that Delray Beach has to offer. Our self-parking garage entrance is located on SW 1st Ave between Atlantic Ave and SW 1st Street. Valet will be offered later in the year once our restaurants are open!

Already have a ParkMobile account? If you park in the parking garage, you will receive a prompt from ParkMobile when you enter the garage. The app will invite you to pay for parking, saving you a trip to the meter!
Running a quick errand or just grabbing a coffee? At Sundy Village, your first 15 minutes of parking is on us! While the garage is open, you can park any time up to 15 minutes using ParkMobile. You will still need to pay taxes and fees. Another option is to enter your license plate in the nearest meter kiosk to activate the 15 minutes, if you don’t have Parkmobile.
14 parking spaces in the pink painted column section will offer ChargePoint electric vehicle chargers and are on a first come, first service basis. Subject to standard hourly parking rates and additional costs and/or fees as applicable from ChargePoint and will be posted at each station and/or on the ChargePoint App showing the location. Idle fees may apply (leaving your vehicle plugged in once charged) and/or parking your vehicle but not charging may result in a fine up to $35. Please be considerate to others.
