A digital infrastructure investment firm will move its headquarters to the Sundy Village mixed-use development in Delray Beach.
DigitalBridge, led by Marc Ganzi, leased 79,000 square feet at 100 Southeast First Avenue, where the firm will have more than 300 employees, according to the landlord’s news release. The tenant is expected to move after the Sundy Village building is completed in the fourth quarter of next year.
DigitalBridge is now based at 760 Park of Commerce Drive in Boca Raton.
Led by Todd Rosenberg and Todd Benson, Pebb is developing the 7-acre Sundy Village with 30,000 square feet of retail, 180,000 square feet of offices, 268 subterranean parking spots as well as a garage, according to the release. Pebb will preserve and restore six buildings completed in the early 1900s, including the oldest home in Delray Beach, Sundy House.
Completion of the first phase is expected in the third quarter.
Joe Freitas and John Criddle of CBRE handle Sundy Village office leasing, though they weren’t involved in the DigitalBridge deal.
